Policies

Cancellation and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before it starts. If you’ve already paid for it, you can reschedule it but not get a refund. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows, use up the session.

Refunds

Sessions and packages that have already been purchased aren’t refundable. For other questions, contact me at adam@somatic-speaking.com.

Disputes

If something about a charge looks wrong, please email me at adam@somatic-speaking.com. I’ll reply within 3 business days.

The free intro session

One free, 50-minute intro session per person, with no obligation to book anything after. It’s a chance to meet and see whether this work fits you.
